I got a chance to recycle my Old 2 T-shirts in to Mat and Purse. Here are some pictures: T-shirt Mat    Cut the T-shirt in the lengthy stripes. Plot them in alternate rows. Sew the ends and cover them with the another white stripe. T-Shirt  Purse T-shirt Purse Back side T-shirt Purse Front side Cut 2 pieces for the required length and width.  Attach the zipper.  Make a design at the back like the above picture with the left over fabric. Your purse and Mat were ready.  Go Green :) by recycling.

I got a chance to learn how to draw Elephant from youtube. The elephant inspired me a lot and I have given a try in the Rangoli as part of New year 2013. Wish you all the Happy New Year 2013 :). Elephant Rangoli

Take the full straw and cut in to equal pieces. Cut the single piece again in to 2 pieces vertically. Tie all the straw pieces in a thread using small hole needle. Leave thread and stop at the center itself. The 2 ends of the thread are needed for tying at the next step. After collecting required stripes in the thread, we need to tie both ends of the thread. We have to put knots tightly so that it will not unwind. Make small and big sizes flowers by cutting the length accordingly like below. Prepare small and big flowers of your choices in different colors and sizes. Re-arrange them in the pot and arrange them gracefully. Here, I have used the pepsi can and pasted newspaper and applied fabric paint. Here is the final output :).

Maxi type Gown stitched for 4 years Kid. Gave brown piping, brown bow in the front and brown frilling at the bottom, to highlight the dress.
